Reservation Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of reservation. We require full payment to confirm your booking. To receive a full refund, cancellation must be made at least 72 hours in advance. A 50% refund will be given when cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, and if you cancel with less than 48 hours until your scheduled arrival, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
Standard Booking Price
- All taxes
- Utilities (water, gas and electricity)
- Internet and Cable TV usage
- Towels, bed linen and hairdryer
- Cleaning before and after your stay (daily cleaning is available upon request for extra charge of $20)
- All unit amenities and facilities as mentioned on our website pages and in our correspondence.
Important: When you make a reservation, you are booking a unit type (not a specific unit). Each unit type includes similar units of similar size and equipment; however, interior design can be different. Reservations can only be taken and confirmed by making an advance payment of the full rental amount. We accept payment via debit and credit cards. We will process your booking within 24 hours of receiving your request. Please note, your booking has not been made or verified until you receive a confirmation email from info@altuslodge.com.
Check In / Check Out
Check-in time starts at 3PM. We will send you a text confirmation the day of with all check-in information. A Check-In Code is provided at check-in time after the full rental amount has been settled. Standard check-out time ends at 11AM, but late check-out can be requested, pending availability and how busy the hotel is. Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room/unit is usually made after the check-out time, and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages or breakages found before the room/unit is occupied again. Please be aware that bed linen and towels should be placed where they were originally found. The bed linen and towels are not gifts and should remain in the unit.
Cancellation Policy Details

Pet Policy
A maximum of two pets are allowed per room, for an additional $50 fee. Please respect your fellow guests by having your furry friends do their business in the designated area and stay on a leash when outside your room.
