Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of reservation to confirm your booking. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. A 50% refund will be given when cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, and if cancelled with less than 48 hours until your scheduled arrival, you will be charged the full amount of your booked reservation.
Check In & Check Out
Check In Policy
Check-in time starts at 3PM, and you will receive a text confirmation the day of with all your check-in information. You will be given a Check-In Code after the full rental amount has been settled, and this Code is your digital key to unlocking your room.
Check Out Policy
Standard check-out time ends at 11AM, but late check-out can be requested, pending availability and how busy the hotel is. Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room/unit is made after check-out, and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages or breakages found before it is reoccupied. Additionally, the bed linens and towels should remain in the unit and are not gifts.
